REGULATIONS UNDER THE NORTHERN TERRITORY (ADMINISTRATION) ACT 1910-1973.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910-1973.

Amendments of the Northern Territory Administrator’s Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations 

Travelling allowance of members.

1. Regulation 6 of the Northern Territory Administrator’s Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “Sixteen dollars fifty cents” and substituting the words “Twenty-two dollars”.

Application.

2. Travelling allowance payable to a member of the Administrator’s Council under regulation 6 of the Northern Territory Administrator’s Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations in respect of 6th May, 1973, or any subsequent day is payable at the rate specified in that regulation as amended by regulation 1 of these Regulations.
