HEREAS certain persons have, through accident m inadver- pnrDIbIh
tence, neglected to forward to the Commissbner of Crown
ds a notice in writing of their desire to accept the increased area
granted by the Act, No. 3 of 1868, intituled "An Act to amend
the Northern Territory Act," upon the terns and within the time
fmed by the said Act, and it is desirable that such persons, and
others who have not given such notice, should be enabled to obtain
the advantages of the said Act-Be it therefore Enacted, by the
Governor of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the
said Province, in this present Parliament assembled, as follows : |
