This instrument commences on the day after this instrument is registered.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 41A(3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

1  Paragraph 7.1(g)

Omit “scampi in the period commencing on 24 January 2020 and ending at 22.30 hours UTC on 30 November 2020”, substitute “scampi in the period commencing on 7 January 2021 and ending at 22.30 hours UTC on 30 November 2021.”
