This instrument commences on 24 January 2020.

This instrument is made under subsection 41A(3) of the Fisheries Management Act 1991.

1  Paragraph 7.1(g)

Omit “scampi in the period commencing at 22.00 hours UTC on 19 April and ending at 14.30 hours UTC on 31 December 2019.”, substitute “scampi in the period commencing on 24 January 2020 and ending at 22.30 hours UTC on 30 November 2020.”
