AN ACT to enable Reserve A 504 (Northampton Lot 75) to be granted to the Northampton Hospital Committee, with power to sell and apply the proceeds to the im-

provement of Reserve A 16476 (Northampton Lot

313).

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority

of the same, as follows :—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Northampton Reserves Short title.

2.    It shall be lawful for the Governor to grant to the Power to set! and

Northampton Hospital Committee Reserve A 504 (North- aieetiti.'"

ampton Lot 75) for an estate in fee simple, with power

to the grantee to sell and transfer the same, subject to the

proceeds of sale being applied to the improvement of

Reserve A 16476 (Northampton Lot 313).
