AN ACT to revest Northampton Town Lot No. 31+ in

the Crown.

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Northampton Mechanics'

Institute Act, 1919.

Rovesting of

All the estate and interest of the registered proprie- tors of Northampton Town Lot No. 311/2 (being the whole of the land comprised in Certificate of Title, Volume VIII., Folio 391, granted and held in trust for the Northampton Mechanics' Institute) is hereby vested in His Majesty the King, to the intent that the said land may be granted to the Northampton District Road Board, and the trustees are hereby discharged from the said trust.
