AN ACT to authorise the Construction of a
Railway from Northam to Goomalling.

E it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and
| with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of -Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :— | Preamble. |
1. THIS Act may be cited as the Northam–Goomalling Railway
| Act, 1899. | Short title. |

| Deviation. | 3. IT shall lie lawful for the Commissioner of Railways to |
deviate from the line as described in such Schedule to the extent
of five miles on either side thereof.

SCHEDULE.
NORTHAM—GOOMALLING RAILWAY.
DESCRIPTION OF LINE OF RAILWAY.
Commencing at a point on the Yilgarn Railway at or near East Northam Station, and proceeding thence in a generally North-North-Easterly direction for about 30 miles, and terminating at a point in Reserve 1562 at or near the junction of the main road from Newcastle to Goomalling with the main road from Northam to Goomalling, as more particularly delineated by a red line on Map marked P.W.D., W.A., 7094, deposited as provided for by 55° Victorim, No. 34, Section 10.
