AGREEMENT AMENDMENT

ACT 1995

No. 33 of 1995

AN ACT to amend the North West Gas Development

(Woodside) Agreement Amendment Act 1994 and for

related purposes.

[Assented to 29 September 1995]

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the North West Gas Development

(Woodside) Agreement Amendment Act 1995.

Commencement

2. This Act shall be deemed to have come into operation immediately after the North West Gas Development (Woodside) Agreement Amendment Act 1994 ( referred to in this Act as "the amendment Act") received the Royal Assent.

Section 2 amended

3.     Section 2 of the amendment Act is amended by deleting

"such day as is fixed by proclamation" and substituting the

following —

1 January 1995

Effect of this Act

4.     This Act has effect despite section 2 of the amendment Act

as originally enacted and the proclamation made under that

section.
