1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 8).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 18 Berry Street and 144–154 Pacific Highway, North Sydney.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Clause 4.4A Non-residential floor space ratio ranges

Insert after clause 4.4A (3) (e):

(f) Area 14—1.4:1.

Omit “Area 1–13”. Insert instead “Area 1–14”.
