1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land identified as “Land in St Leonards” on the North Sydney

Local Environmental Plan 2013 Exceptions to Development Standards Map.

4      Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013

Clause 4.6 Exceptions to development standards

Omit “11 March 2014” from clause 4.6 (8A). Insert instead “31 December 2015”.
