1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land:

(a)	101 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest, being Lot 1, Section 8, DP 1265,
(b)	103–111 Willoughby Road, Crows Nest, being Lot 1001, DP 771247,
(c)	portion of Zig Zag Lane and adjoining car park, Crows Nest.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
