2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone RE1 Public Recreation shown on the North Sydney

Local Environmental Plan 2013 Land Zoning Map.

4      Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013

Land Use Table

Insert “Restaurants or cafes;” before “Roads;” in item 3 of the matter relating to

Zone RE1 Public Recreation.
