1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of Lot 100, DP 875048, being part of 4 Alfred Street South,

Milsons Point.

4      Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2013

(1) Schedule 1 Additional permitted uses

Insert after clause 22 (2):

(3) Development for the purpose of a function centre is permitted with development consent on the part of Lot 100, DP 875048 that is identified as “Area A” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
