North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment No 7)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment No 7).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)	to respecify the land to which clause 63 (Balls Head Road) of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 applies, and
(b)	to remove a reference to an amending map in the definition of map that was mistakenly inserted by North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 5), and
(c)	torestorethezoningofcertainlandtowhatitwas immediately before the land was rezoned as a result of the amendment to the definition of map referred to in paragraph (b).

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land known as 3 Balls Head Road, Waverton, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 7)”, deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.

4 Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001

North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

Omit clause 63 (1). Insert instead:

(1)	Subject land
This clause applies to the part of the land known as 3 Balls Head Road, Waverton, that is shown edged heavy black on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 7)—Sheet 1”, deposited in the office of the Council.

Omit the matter “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment No 5)” from the definition of map.
