1 Name of Plan
This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment
No 52).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land at Crows Nest:
| (a) | 34–42 Alexander Street, being Lots 10–12, Section 4, DP 1265, Lot 1, DP 1081820 and Lot 1, DP 185720, |
| (b) | 6–8 Falcon Street, being Lot 1, DP 314750, |
| (c) | 10 Falcon Street, being Lots 1–3, DP 455869 and Lot 13, Section 4, DP 1265, |
| (d) | Willoughby Lane, being Lot 1, DP 104029 and Lot 1, DP 104030. |

| The specific objective of the control in relation to the subject land is to ensure that the land can continue to be used for a car park consistent with the amenity of surrounding areas. | |

| Despite the Table to Part 2, development for the purpose of a car park is permitted, with development consent, on the subject land. |
