1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 50).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land at 4–6 Langley Avenue and 106 and 108 Parraween Street, Cremorne:

Objective

The specific objective of the control in relation to the subject land is to ensure that the land can continue to be used for a car park.

Despite the Table to Part 2, development for the purpose of a car park is permitted, with development consent, on the subject land.
