1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 49).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot B, DP 383735 and Lot 1, DP 629449, being 211–223 Pacific Highway, North Sydney, as shown coloured pink and edged heavy black on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 49)” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.
