1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 47).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Kirribilli:

(a)	land identified as the Jeffreys Street Conservation Area, as shown edged in blue,
(b)	land in Upper Pitt Street near Jeffreys Street, comprising part of a stone retaining wall, as shown by an orange line,

on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 47)” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.
