1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 42).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 136–140 Walker Street, North Sydney, being Lot B, DP 952192 and land in SP 12057 (including Lots 1 and 2), as shown distinctively coloured on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 Amendment No 42” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.
