1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 41).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land at North Sydney at the eastern end of Blue Street and bounded by the North Shore Railway line and the Pacific Highway, and known as the Blue Street Car Park, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 41)” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.

Insert after clause 70:

71      Blue Street Car Park, North Sydney

Subject land

This clause applies to certain land at North Sydney at the eastern end of Blue Street and bounded by the North Shore Railway line and the Pacific Highway, and known as the Blue Street Car Park, as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 41)”.

Objective

The specific objective of the control in relation to the subject land is to ensure that the land can continue to be used for a car park consistent with the amenity of surrounding areas.

(3)

Control

Despite the Table to Part 2, development for the purpose of a single-level only car park is permitted, with development consent, on the subject land.
