1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 40).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 557873 and Lots 4–7, DP 16870,

35–51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point.

4 Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001

Clause 70 35–51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point

Omit “DP 57873 and Lots 4–6” from clause 70 (1).

Insert instead “DP 557873 and Lots 4–7”.
