This plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001
(Amendment No 4).
2 Aims of plan
This plan aims to list an additional heritage item in Schedule 3 to
North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001.
3 Land to which plan applies
This plan applies to Lot 2 in DP 800615, known as the “Customs Marine Centre”, shown coloured orange on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 4)” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.
