1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 39).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 5–9, DP 8066, 20–28 Brook Street, Crows Nest, as shown distinctively coloured and lettered “Residential C” on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 39)” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.
