1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 38).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1 and 4–7, DP 2537, Lot 1, DP 900609 and Lot 1, DP 123337, known as 144–150 Walker Street, North Sydney, as shown distinctively coloured on the map marked “North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 38)” deposited in the office of North Sydney Council.
