1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 37).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 1, DP 57873 and Lots 4–6, DP 16870,

35–51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point.

Clause 70

Insert in appropriate order:

70      35–51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point

(1) Subject land

This clause applies to Lot 1, DP 57873 and Lots 4–6,

DP 16870, 35–51 Mitchell Street, McMahons Point.

(2)	Objective
The specific objective of the control in relation to the subject land is to permit commercial premises on the subject land.
(3)	Control
Despite the Table to Part 2, development for the purposes of commercial premises is permitted, with development consent, on the subject land.
