1      Name of Plan

This Plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 34).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 2, DP 557873, 162 Blues Point Road,

McMahons Point.

Clause 67

Insert after clause 66:

67      162 Blues Point Road, McMahons Point

(1) Subject land

This clause applies to Lot 2, DP 557873, 162 Blues Point

Road, McMahons Point.

(2)	Objective
The specific objective of the control in relation to the subject land is to permit commercial premises on the subject land.
(3)	Control
Despite the Table to Part 2, development for the purposes of commercial premises is permitted, with development consent, on the subject land.
