under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 19).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to Lot D, DP 396813, being land adjacent to 108

Carabella Street, Kirribilli.

4 Amendment of North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001

North Sydney Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

(Clause 4)

[1]      Clause 52 Operational land

Insert before clause 52 (2) (a):

(aa) those trusts, estates, interests, dedications, conditions, restrictions and covenants (if any) specified in relation to a parcel of land described in Part 2 of Schedule 11, and

[2]      Clause 52 (4)

Omit “cited at the end of the description of the parcel”.

Insert instead “that inserted the description of the parcel of land in that Part”.

Insert in alphabetical order of locality in Part 2:
