1867.1 HEREAS it is desirable to enable the Governor to Lease the
Preamble.
Chief of the Province of South Australia, with the advice and | |
consent of the Legislative Council and House of Assembly of the | |
and |
behalf of Her Majesty, from time to time, to demise for any term not | |
exceeding twenty-one years, in possession, any portion of the public reserve at Port Adelaide, known as the North Parade, and all leases | |
to be made under the power herein contained, shall be of such | |
portion or portions of the said public reserve, | |
such person or persons, and generally up on such terms, covenants, | |
the same at public auction, and of the time and place of such | |
auction, not less than one, nor more than six calendar months notice | |
shall have been given in the Government Gazette. |
2. The
