This rule is the Norfolk Island Legislation Amendment (Pathology Transitional) Amendment (Cessation Date) Rule 2017.

2Commencement

This rule commences on the day after it is registered.

3Authority

This rule is made under item 357 of Schedule 2 of the Norfolk Island Legislation Amendment Act 2015.

Repeal the section, substitute:

This is the Norfolk Island Legislation Amendment (Pathology Transitional) Rule 2016.

Omit “1 March 2017”, substitute “1 September 2017”.
