Norfolk Island (Exercise of Powers) Regulations (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the
Dated 18 June 1992.

1.1 The Norfolk Island (Exercise of Powers) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

2.1. After regulation 1, insert:
“1aa. Item 10 in Schedule 2 to the

Atomic Energy Act 1953 and regulations under that Act as in force from time to time), within all the land of the Territory above the low-water mark.83. Provision of rural, industrial and home finance credit and assistance.

91. Maintenance of law and order and the administration of justice.
