1  Name

This Ordinance is the Norfolk Island Continued Laws Amendment (Removal of Prisoners) Ordinance 2022.

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this Ordinance specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Insert:

291  Title

After “New South Wales”, insert “and Queensland”.

292  Subsection 3(1) (definition of State)

After “New South Wales”, insert “or Queensland (as the case may be)”.
