Norfolk Island Continued Laws Amendment (Coronavirus Economic Response Measures) Rules (No. 3) 2020 .
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

This instrument is made under section 6 of the
Norfolk Island Continued Laws Ordinance 2015 .
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
1 Item 22BD of Schedule 1 (paragraph (b) of the definition of statutory minimum in section 3) Omit “$2,000”, substitute “$10,000”.

3 Item 38A of Schedule 1 (paragraph (b) of the definition of statutory minimum in section 6) Omit “$1,000”, substitute “$2,000”.
Repeal the heading, substitute:
