Application for approval of the Norco Co-operative Limited Labrador Foods (QLD Operations) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2027

1. Norco Co-Operative Limited has applied for approval of a single enterprise agreement known as the Norco Co-operative Limited Labrador Foods (QLD Operations) Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2027 (the Agreement).

1. On the papers and having regard to the Statement of Principles[1], I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 of the Fair Work Act 2009 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.

1. The Agreement is approved and will operate from 21 November 2024. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 30 April 2027.

1. The Agreement covers The Australian Workers' Union, the "Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union" known as the Australian Manufacturing Workers' Union (AMWU) and the Communications, Electrical, Electronic, Energy, Information, Postal, Plumbing and Allied Services Union of Australia.
