Made by the Judges of the Supreme Court.

Citation

1.    These rules may be cited as the Non-contentious Probate Amendment

Rules (No. 2) 1996.

Rule 20A amended

2.    Rule 20A of the Non-contentious Probate Rules 1967* is amended by

repealing subrule (3).
