Termination of the Noble Concrete Pumping & Employees Enterprise Agreement 2013 - 2016.
On 13 September 2017, Noble Concrete and Excavation t/as Noble Concrete Pumping applied for the termination of the Noble Concrete Pumping & Employees Enterprise Agreement 2013 - 2016 (the Agreement), under s.222 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act).
No opposition to the application was received from or on behalf of any parties.
Pursuant to s.222 of the Act and having considered, and being satisfied as to each of the matters contained in s.223 of the Act, the Agreement is terminated.
The termination will come into effect from the date of this decision.
