a breach of s.l25(7) of the ~oncillatlon

and Arbltratl3n

Act. 1901 ("the ~ct").

The inforl-lat~on cn which the summons was lssued \\as lald by the informant who was an inspector wlthjn the ncaning

of the Act.

The offence alleged was that thc defendant

committed a breach of s.125(7) In that on 10 January, 1378

he made a statenen: in writlng to an Inspector which was

false in certalu particulars. The inforrfiiat~ori \:as lajd
