REGULATIONS UNDER THE NITROGENOUS FERTILIZERS SUBSIDY ACT 1966-1972.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Nitrogenous Fertilizers Subsidy Act 1966-1972.

Amendments of the Nitrogenous Fertilizers Subsidy Regulations

Applications for subsidy under section 5 of the Act.

1. Regulation 4 is amended by omitting from sub-regulation (3) the word “tons” (wherever occurring) and substituting the word “tonnes”.

Repeal of regulation 5.

2. Regulation 5 is repealed.
