Application for termination of the Murray Bridge Veterinary Clinic Veterinary Staff Enterprise Agreement 2006.

[1] The Fair Work Commission orders as follows:

A. THAT pursuant to s.223 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act), the Murray Bridge Veterinary Clinic Veterinary Staff Enterprise Agreement 2006 is terminated.

B. THAT pursuant to s.224 of the Act, the termination operates from 2 March 2016.
