HER HONOUR: The respondent in each appeal has, on 30 August 2016, filed a summons seeking an order pursuant to section 77RE(1)(a) of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth) and that such an order be made on the papers and in the absence of the parties.
In matter Nos A14/2016 and A19/2016, I order that pursuant to section 77RE(1)(a) of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth), it being necessary to prevent prejudice to the proper administration of justice, until all appeal rights have been exhausted with respect to the present charges against the appellant, save those appeal rights available pursuant to section 353A of the Criminal Law Consolidation Act 1935 (SA), or until further order, there be no disclosure of any information revealing or tending to reveal the identity of any of the 12 jurors who provided affidavits in the court below.
In matter Nos A15/2016 and A16/2016, I order that pursuant to section 77RE(1)(a) of the Judiciary Act 1903 (Cth), it being necessary to prevent prejudice to the proper administration of justice, except without first having obtained the leave of the Court or a Justice, there be no disclosure of any information revealing or tending to reveal the identity of any of the 12 jurors who provided affidavits in the court below.
