Application for approval of the Next Electrical Technologies Pty Ltd Single Enterprise Agreement 2023.
Next Electrical Technologies Pty Limited T/A Next Electrical Technologies (the Employer) has made an application for the approval of the Next Electrical Technologies Pty Ltd Single Enterprise Agreement 2023 (the Agreement). The application was made under s.185 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). The Agreement is a single enterprise agreement.
I am satisfied that each of the requirements of ss.186, 187 and 188 as are relevant to this application for approval have been met.
The Agreement lodged contained a typographical error at clause 6.4(e) that has been corrected.
The Agreement is approved and, in accordance with s.54 of the Act, will operate from 7 August 2023. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 31 July 2027.
