Avriting therein or thereon excepting only the direction on the outside
thereof and in case any Nc'Avspaper or NcAvspapers shall be ]mt into any Post Office pillar place or other receptacle within the boimdarit's of the City of Sydney appointed for the posting of Nc'Avspapers or letters addressed to persons Avithin the said boundaric's or into any such Post Office pillar place or other receptacle as aibresaid at any time after the expiration of scA’cn days from the date thereof the same shall be charged AA'ith postage at the rate of one penny for each Newspaper.
