NEWETT
v
NEWETT & ANOR
[2019] HCASL 319
B47/2019
An extension of time is necessary to enable this application for special leave to appeal to proceed. The proposed appeal relates to matters of procedure and raises no issue of principle. In addition, it has no prospects of success. The application should be dismissed. Accordingly, it would be futile to grant an extension of time.
Pursuant to r 41.08.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application.
