AN ACT to revest in His Majesty the King a portion of

Newcastle Suburban Lot SS.

[Assented to 16th December, 1925.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows :—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Newcastle Suburban

Lot 88 Act, 1925.

Revesting of land.

2.

That portion of Newcastle Suburban Lot S8 described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revested in His Majesty the King as of His former estate, to the intent that such land may be granted to new trustees for the purposes of the trust as stated in the schedule.

THE SCHEDULE:

All that piece or parcel of land and hereditaments, comprising one quarter of an acre or thereabouts, being part of Newcastle Suburban Lot 58, and bounded on the South-West by one chain of the New Road leading into Newcastle from Guildford, on the North-West by two and a-half chains of Newcastle Suburban Lot S6, on the North-East by one chain of the said Suburban Lot S8, and on the South-East by two and &half chains of the said Suburban Lot 88, conveyed by deed registered in the office of the Regis- trar of Deeds and Transfers (Book 6, No. 2111) to the trustees therein named, in trust for the purpose of a mechanics' institute, library, reading room, or other place of instruction or recreation, as the trustees might direct or appoint.
