1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 51).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land to which Newcastle Local Environmental

Plan 2012 applies—

Lot 1, DP 1158422, 233 Wharf Road, Newcastle,

(b)

Lot 10, DP 1251435, 150 Scott Street, Newcastle,

(c)

Lot 3, DP 1226551, 150A Scott Street, Newcastle,

(d)

Lot 9, DP 1251435, 250 Scott Street, Newcastle,

(e)

Lot 8, DP 1251435, 280 Hunter Street, Newcastle,

(f)

Lots 51 and 53, DP 830679, Lot 100, DP 1073974 and Lot 100, DP 1185607, being 50 Railway Street, 8A and 8–10 Albert Street, 161 Railway Street and part of Railway and Greenway Streets, Wickham.
