This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 43).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to 338 Fullerton Street, Stockton, being Lots 100 and 101, DP

1152115.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “A21” from the matter relating to 338 Fullerton Street in Part 3.

Insert instead “A23”.
