1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 37).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to:

(a)

the following land at The Junction:

(i)	Lot 1, DP 735435, 53 Glebe Road,
(ii)	Lots 10 and 11, DP 1049694, 55 Glebe Road and 4 Watkins Street,

(iii)	Lots 120 and 121, DP 95005, 59 and 57 Glebe Road,
(iv)	Lot 1, DP 1188026, 61 Glebe Road,
(v)	SP 53274, 63 Glebe Road,
(vi)	Lots 112–117, DP 95005, 65–75 Glebe Road, and

(b)

the following land at Newcastle:

(i)	Lot 31, DP 864001, 121 Hunter Street,
(ii)	Lot 500, DP 879162, 98–102 King Street,

(iii) Lot 1, DP 718456, Lot 1, DP 998359, Lot 100, DP 810457 and Lot 1, DP 735255, 104–110 King Street and 33 Wolfe Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
