1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 36).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land to which Newcastle Local Environmental

Plan 2012 applies:

(a)	land in Zone B3 Commercial Core,
(b)	Lots 101–104 and 106–111, DP 270249, Murray Dwyer Circuit, Mayfield West.

4      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Clause 7.7 Residential flat buildings in Zone B3 Commercial Core

Omit the clause.

(2)	Schedule 5 Environmental heritage
Omit “3 Murray Dwyer Circuit” from the matter relating to item no I692 in Part 1.
Insert instead “1, 2, 4, 5A–5D and 6, 7 and 8 Murray Dwyer Circuit”.
(3)	Schedule 5, Part 1, item no I692
Omit “Lot 51, DP 270249”.
Insert instead “Lots 101–104 and 106–111, DP 270249”.
