1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 35).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land at 51 Brown Street, The Hill, being Lots 346 and 347,

DP 758769 and Lots 1–5, DP 1141417.

4      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “Newcastle Hill Reservoir” from item no I558 in Part 1.

Insert instead “Newcastle Reservoirs Site”.
