1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 34).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to all land to which Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 applies.

4      Amendment of Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012

(1) Schedule 3 Complying development

Omit the clause headed “Tree removal” from Part 1 of the Schedule.

(2)	Schedule 3, Part 2
Omit “1” from the first note to the Part.
(3)	Schedule 3, Part 2
Omit the second note to the Part.
(4)	Schedule 3, Part 2
Omit the clause headed “Removal of trees”.
