1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 (Amendment No 32).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to the following land in Newcastle:

(a)

Lot 2, DP 1226145, being 430 Hunter Street,

(b)

Lot 1, DP 1192409, being 1R Merewether Street,

(c)

part of Lot 3, DP 1111305, being 6 Workshop Way,

(d)

Lots 1 and 2, DP 1226551, being 280 Hunter Street,

(e)

Lot 3 and part of Lot 4, DP 1226551, being 150 Scott Street,

(f)

Lots 5 and 6, DP 1226551, being 110 Scott Street,

(g)

SP 21188, being 342 Hunter Street,

(h)

Lot 1, DP 1008183, being 336 Hunter Street.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Newcastle Local Environmental Plan 2012 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
